Registration Intelligence Specialist (9+ Years) - Bilingual

Role overview

MACH CONSULTANTS is seeking a seasoned Registration Intelligence Specialist to contribute to the rollout and ongoing oversight of an E-Invoicing ecosystem in Doha, Qatar. The position is centered on spotting registration shortfalls, examining taxpayer information, checking onboarding compliance, and enabling intelligence-led monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review internal and external data sources to find taxpayers who are missing registration, only partly onboarded, or registered incorrectly for e-invoicing.
• Handle case assessments, confirm registration status, and document conclusions for compliance and onboarding stakeholders.
• Carry out data integrity checks, flag mismatches, and assist with cross-checking against taxpayer records and approved reference sources.
• Contribute to refining detection logic, intelligence workflows, and reporting processes tied to e-invoicing adoption.
• Build intelligence summaries, trend reviews, and operational observations on registration and compliance behavior.
• Work closely with tax, compliance, registration, and business teams to ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in taxpayer monitoring, compliance analytics, registration intelligence, audit work, or data management.
• Hands-on background in validating data, reviewing cases, preparing reports, and monitoring compliance activity.
• Prior exposure to tax registration workflows, e-invoicing principles, and digital tax platforms is strongly preferred.
• Experience using dashboards, analytical systems, and very large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
