Role Overview
The Regional Product Executive is responsible for managing Epson's Corporate CAD T-Series Printers in product marketing within the region. The role's main goal is to meet business plan objectives including sales, profitability, and sustainability targets, as well as supporting new product launches. Maintaining professional business conduct by adhering to established systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and environmental scans to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful trends influencing business decisions.
- Use statistical methods to forecast sales and pricing impacts stemming from market trends.
- Evaluate the return on investment of marketing activities through detailed impact analyses.
- Gain a thorough understanding of consumer behaviors and needs, encompassing end users and distribution partners.
- Segment customers effectively to tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Have deep expertise in product specifications to guide product strategy and roadmaps.
- Monitor and enhance ongoing product performance and manage its lifecycle proactively.
- Develop and refine pricing strategies considering internal factors and market conditions.
- Craft and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including launch planning and campaign oversight.
- Create and provide sales teams with relevant marketing collateral, tools, and up-to-date research insights.
- Monitor effectiveness of sales promotions and marketing campaigns for products.
- Lead new product pricing discussions with internal departments and the Japanese HQ.
- Prepare and distribute supporting materials such as brochures and web content for new product introductions.
- Deliver product training sessions to various departments, including all Southeast Asia sales teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum three years of professional experience in product management or a related role, preferably within B2B business environments.
- Strong competencies in product management, data analysis, presentations, and logical problem-solving.
- Personal traits valued include trustworthiness, integrity, creativity, and a drive to challenge the status quo.
