Opportunity Overview
Join Arc'teryx Equipment as a Regional Manager based in Sydney, driving the expansion and performance of the brand across multiple retail formats and channels. You will lead a diverse regional team to foster strong community connections and deliver seamless, exceptional consumer experiences aligned with the brand’s vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and motivate the regional team to achieve profitable revenue growth across all sales channels, including Brand Stores, Outlet Stores, Department Stores, and partner retailers.
- Coach and develop store managers by setting strategic goals to enhance full-price sell-through, guest engagement, and community building around the brand.
- Collaborate with headquarters and territory managers to ensure optimum product placement and availability, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Enhance brand presentation in specialty and department store partners to support sales both at initial sell-in and downstream sell-through processes.
- Establish and monitor sales targets for department store locations, ensuring consistent progression toward revenue objectives.
- Build and nurture robust partnerships at both headquarters and store levels for operational support, brand activations, and promotions.
- Manage inventory planning and allocation across stores seasonally to maintain ideal stock levels and capitalize on sales potential.
- Ensure store operations meet brand standards through consistent service quality, staff training, and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams to implement promotions, brand events, and initiatives targeting VIP customers.
- Analyze sales data, customer traffic, and product trends to provide actionable insights for continuous regional improvement.
- Drive long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer experience in department stores.

- Develop a talent pipeline to support growth and provide clear career development pathways.
- Collaborate with other regional managers to discover new business opportunities, implement innovative workflows, and share best practices.
- Gain deep insight into the regional market to contribute to future brand expansion efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple retail locations with demonstrated success in leading retail operations.
- Strong district management experience and comprehensive understanding of retail drivers.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate, collaborate, and inspire teams toward unified goals.
- Experience across diverse sales channels including brand-owned stores, department stores, partner retail, and wholesale environments.
- Customer service excellence with passion for outstanding guest experiences.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating strategic concepts clearly.
- Superior interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of personalities within the team and organizational stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building talents with ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Preferably experienced with Arc’teryx Brand Store management and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Decisiveness and proactive problem-solving skills focused on root-cause analysis and solution development.
- Adaptability to work effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments balancing autonomy and teamwork.
