Role overview

Barentz is looking for a seasoned Regional Human Resources Director to join the executive leadership group and help steer people strategy across North and Central America. This position suits a senior HR leader who enjoys working in a dynamic, international setting and partnering closely with business leaders to support growth, develop talent, and strengthen operational performance.

The role reports to the Regional CEO and has a functional reporting line to the Global CHRO. You will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function across the region while helping advance a global people strategy aligned to ambitious business goals.

Key responsibilities
