Role Summary
The Regional General Manager is a full-time remote position focused on leading operations, performance, and growth within an assigned region. The person in this role will establish regional targets, oversee budgets and forecasts, and track key metrics to keep performance on course. They will guide and develop cross-functional teams, making sure company strategy is translated into consistent execution of policies, workflows, and customer experience expectations.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will monitor regional performance data, work closely with sales, operations, and support functions, handle escalated concerns, and uncover opportunities to expand into new markets and improve efficiency. You will also provide regular updates to senior leadership, evaluate risks, and introduce improvement plans based on data insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven background in managing regional or multi-location operations, with accountability for revenue, cost management, and performance outcomes.
- Strong leadership capability, including the ability to mentor, engage, and grow distributed teams toward common objectives.
- Experience in strategic planning and delivery, including objective setting, budget oversight, and analysis of business data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, operations, finance, and executive leaders.
- Strong analytical thinking and judgment, with experience addressing complex escalations and driving process enhancements.
- Comfort using remote collaboration tools and managing operations and teams across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in general management, regional leadership, or a similar senior role in a fast-paced setting is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region to meet teams, partners, or important customers as needed.
