You will work closely with the Managing Director of Personal Injury Operations and collaborate with local Managing Partners and other attorney leaders to help deliver strong financial results, efficient operations, and better client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Keep a strong understanding of the needs of both local teams and the wider firm.
- Remove obstacles for attorneys and support teams by coordinating assistance from internal departments such as Training, IT, and HR.
- Ensure teams have the direction, training, technology, and support needed to meet their goals.
- Foster a positive employee culture and a performance-driven environment aligned with the firm’s values.
- Share updates on department goals and progress with the relevant stakeholders.
Experience and qualifications
- 7 to 15 years of corporate experience with direct people-management responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation ability.
- A practical, people-centered approach to problem-solving that combines analytics and creativity.
- Experience operating in a Salesforce environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver projects by organizing and coordinating resources effectively.
- Comfort with balancing strategic thinking and follow-through.
- Ability to step into leadership when needed and also work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this role is USD 175,000 to USD 200,000.
