Regional Business Coordinator

Role Overview

TECDOTS Solutions Pte Ltd is hiring its first local team member in Singapore for a full-time, on-site Regional Business Coordinator role. The company works at the intersection of engineering expertise, global sourcing, and project execution, with a focus on helping ports and heavy industries improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance. What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with business development efforts across Southeast Asia.
• Manage quotation coordination and follow up on active projects and customer discussions.
• Draft meeting notes and keep CRM information accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams based in Shanghai.
• Take part in client meetings, factory visits, and project-related conversations.
• Handle communication with overseas customers and suppliers.
• Support the creation of presentations, marketing collateral, and LinkedIn content updates.
• Travel from time to time within Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with 2 to 4 years of work experience. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with solid coordination and organizational ability. The company is looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable contributing in a lean, fast-moving international environment. Prior exposure to B2B, engineering, logistics, international trade, or industrial businesses will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information
