Role Overview

The Regional Administrator supports the Gauteng Regional Team and manages the daily administrative operations at the regional office in Johannesburg.

  • Oversee financial administration by assisting with cash transfer requests, invoice preparation and forwarding documentation for payments to the national office.
  • Maintain office equipment including computers, copiers, telephones, and keep an updated asset register; report malfunctions as needed.
  • Capture data accurately on Black Sash’s databases; support partners by managing survey data collection on tablets and ensure uploaded information is current and audited regularly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matriculation exemption plus a relevant qualification in office or administrative management.
