Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead hiring efforts for our in-house team, focusing on Business Development Executives and mentors as we expand from Kerala to Tamil Nadu and other regions. This is a full-time position with remote work flexibility, reporting directly to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through platforms like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Instagram, and educational/community networks.
• Create and manage job postings while maintaining an active candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening interviews assessing language proficiency, communication skills, experience, and salary expectations to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Gather and organize mock-pitch tasks submitted by sales applicants for review.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, enforce follow-ups to minimize cancellations.
• Manage offer letters, documentation, and onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Maintain records and report weekly recruitment statistics, including applications received, screened candidates, shortlisted profiles, and hires.
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks such as attendance monitoring, onboarding checklists, and employee record management.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 6 to 12 months of experience in recruitment, human resources, or telecalling roles, suitable for early-career candidates.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required; knowledge of Tamil is a distinct advantage.
• Comfortable making 30 or more calls daily and working with tools like WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and the capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Have access to a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Hold any bachelor's degree; backgrounds in HR or psychology are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, commensurate with experience.
