About the Role
GOYO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is urgently seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment efforts for Zepto and Swiggy store operations. The position is full-time, with an immediate joining preference, based in Delhi-NCR. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and either 12th pass or graduate qualifications are invited to apply. The salary range is between ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus incentives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates for Picker, Packer, Loader, and Store Associate roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes specific to Zepto and Swiggy store staffing needs.
- Utilize platforms such as Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels for candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates to ensure alignment with client criteria.
- Engage with candidates to explain job roles, compensation, location, shifts, and benefits.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate between candidates and client teams.
- Maintain daily reports tracking candidate sourcing and onboarding progress.
- Conduct continuous follow-ups with selected candidates until their joining.
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with operations teams regarding candidate joining status and deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Capability to make numerous candidate outreach calls daily.
- Comfortable using recruitment portals like Apna.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated work ethic.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring, especially in blue-collar, warehouse, delivery, or retail recruitment, is advantageous.
