Role Overview
The company is hiring a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to strengthen and scale its hiring operations. This role supports recruiting across several functions and markets by keeping interview scheduling, applicant tracking, communications, reporting, and recruiter assistance running smoothly. It is well-suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-paced environments and is meticulous about execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
- Handle communication with candidates throughout each stage of the hiring journey.
- Keep applicant tracking system records accurate, current, and well-organized.
- Monitor hiring funnels and ensure follow-up actions happen on time.
- Assist recruiters and hiring managers with day-to-day operational needs.
- Build hiring summaries, reports, and recruiting metrics for internal use.
- Spot workflow issues and suggest practical ways to improve processes.
- Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience.
Required Profile
- Background in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organisational and project management capability.
- Very high attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Comfort handling several priorities at the same time.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience or comfort working with ATS tools and spreadsheets.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
