Role overview
A leading defense and space manufacturer is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its hiring process. This is a 1-year W2 contract role with benefits.
What you will do
In this position, you will keep interview logistics moving smoothly across several time zones, coordinate busy calendars, and act as the main contact for candidates from the first interaction through the interview process. You will also help with recruiting operations by updating candidate information, organizing travel, and monitoring recruiting activity to help create a smooth candidate journey.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage interviews across multiple time zones while balancing schedules for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Be the central contact for applicants, share interview information, arrange travel when needed, and help ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Keep candidate data current in the applicant tracking system, monitor recruiting progress, and provide administrative support for talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
- You need at least 4 years of relevant experience plus a bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience with a high school diploma.
- Prior background in interview scheduling or recruiting coordination is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are expected, and experience with Workday is preferred.
