Description de l'emploi
About the Role
We seek an energetic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help expand our team efficiently while ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. This vital role operates at the core of our recruitment process, managing numerous interconnected tasks, bringing clarity amidst ambiguity, and ensuring that every candidate and hiring stakeholder feels uniquely prioritized. If you excel in fast-paced environments, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and genuinely value respectful treatment of people, you'll thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete candidate journey, ensuring all interactions from initial contact through final hiring decisions are smooth, personalized, and attentive.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews across diverse calendars, time zones, and shifting priorities to maintain steady progress.
- Act as a reliable partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers by anticipating needs, proactively communicating, and easing their workflows.
- Work independently when facing uncertain situations—identify gaps, make informed decisions, and establish order where none already exists.
- Develop and lead initiatives to enhance and scale recruiting processes as the company grows.
- Handle logistical, administrative, and ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks promptly and accurately.
- Constantly seek methods to elevate both candidate satisfaction and internal stakeholder experience in recruitment.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within fast-paced or rapidly expanding organizations.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty, demonstrating initiative, decisiveness with incomplete information, and self-direction without waiting for guidance.
- A natural ability to operate efficiently at high velocity while maintaining precision and thoroughness.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude with the capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently without losing focus.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, featuring proactive, clear, and warm correspondence.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems, with a preference for Ashby experience.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range between $100,000 and $125,000 annually.
