About the Role

Annexion Partners is seeking motivated recruitment professionals eager to advance their careers within the recruitment sales domain. This role offers the chance to independently manage client portfolios and influence recruitment outcomes across the Built Environment sector, focusing on developing strong client relationships and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients.
• Proactively securing new business through consultative sales techniques.
• Handling the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
• Negotiating contract and commercial terms to secure deals.
• Functioning as a trusted recruitment advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Expanding market reach with support from a skilled and collaborative team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment sales across any industry.
• Comprehensive 360 recruitment experience, including developing new business and conducting client negotiations.
• Excellent command of English; additional APAC languages considered a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven with a proactive approach to exceeding targets.
• Strong work ethic paired with a passion for building a rewarding recruitment career.

For candidates with under 1.5 years of recruitment experience but high potential, there is an Associate Recruitment Consultant pathway available.
