Job Summary

Join IQVIA as a Recruiter supporting the ongoing enhancement of staffing functions by designing and implementing staff recruitment programs within a specific business unit or department, focusing primarily in one geographic region. Under guidance, you will carry out recruitment activities for designated management teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management across assigned service areas, business units, or departments to identify, select, and hire suitably qualified candidates for open positions employing cost-efficient strategies in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and author compelling job advertisements to post and promote vacancies.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to gather detailed information about applicants’ prior work experience, education, training, skill sets, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate job advertising campaigns across diverse media channels; participate in job fairs and build relationships with academic institutions, alumni groups, and other organizations to uncover potential candidates.
• Partner with external recruiting agencies and employment services to discover and attract talent. Use internet recruiting platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Engage with functional business executives and management to define staffing goals and monitor progress toward achievement.
• Provide training support to line managers on recruitment processes, interviewing, and candidate selection when needed.
• Advocate for workforce diversity and ensure recruitment activities adhere to regional and local hiring policies and applicant tracking standards.
• Stay updated on employment market trends impacting recruitment capability; liaise with compensation teams regarding salary offers and equity considerations.
• Deliver timely employee-related recruitment information to management teams as necessary.
• Depending on the business line, contribute to meeting financial goals and support business development initiatives.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of recruitment or combined recruitment and specialist experience in staffing functions, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment-related legislation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving, sound judgement, and decision-making capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial environments and current market trends.
• Superior customer service skills.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage routine workflows.
• Capacity to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
