About the Opportunity

This flexible project-based role involves capturing point-of-view videos of common household tasks to support AI training. There are no fixed hours or long-term commitments — you record videos whenever it suits your schedule and get compensated accordingly.

Role Details

You will wear a smartphone mounted on your head to document daily activities as you perform them naturally. These recordings help improve AI and robotic systems by showing how people interact with everyday objects in realistic settings.

Examples of Activities

• Doing dishes
• Vacuuming rugs
• Walking pets
• Folding laundry

Key Responsibilities

• Capture videos of household tasks from a first-person viewpoint (e.g., cooking, cleaning, gardening, walking a dog)
• Record in your home environment such as your house, yard, garage, or workspace
• Follow concise recording instructions provided for each session
• Upload captured videos using the designated project application

Requirements

• Possess or have access to a smartphone or camera capable of recording at 1080p resolution or higher and 30+ frames per second (recommended devices include iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6+, or Samsung Galaxy S21+ with wide-angle lens)
• Mount the device at forehead or eye-level with a downward angle to capture hands and task details clearly
• Use the specified "D&A" application for video capture and uploading
• Ensure recordings are clear, steady, sufficiently lit, last at least 15 seconds, and focus on genuine tasks without unnecessary pauses or staged actions

Additional Information

• Compensation can reach approximately $10 per hour equivalent depending on the specific project details
• This is freelance, project-based work allowing you to choose recording sessions according to your availability
• Contribute to advancing AI and robot understanding of real-world human-object interactions
