Role overview
DAALLO Airlines is hiring a full-time Receptionist for its Jeddah office in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site role focused on creating a professional first impression for visitors, callers, and staff members.
What you'll do
- Welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner and guide them to the right person or department.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming as well as outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Keep the front desk organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Handle routine clerical work such as filing documents, entering data, and distributing mail.
- Respond to basic queries from customers and guests both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Arrange appointments and meetings as required.
- Support office team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Represent DAALLO Airlines in a polished, helpful, and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to reception, front desk, or visitor-handling work is important.
- Comfort with phone handling and professional call etiquette is required.
- Basic clerical ability, including computer use, data entry, and document management, is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English is expected; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Customer service orientation with a calm and solution-focused approach is necessary.
- Experience from an office, hospitality, or airline setting is preferred.
- The role requires the ability to work on-site in Jeddah, juggle several tasks, and respect confidentiality.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; further training in administration or a related area is a plus.
