About the Role
ProHealth Bone & Joint Speciality Clinic located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to oversee the front office operations and deliver outstanding patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Manage scheduling of patient appointments and handle incoming communications via phone and WhatsApp.
- Conduct billing procedures and collect payments from patients.
- Keep accurate and organized patient records.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform basic computer tasks to support front desk functions.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably female candidates.
- Graduation degree is desirable.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Experience is advantageous, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Preference for applicants residing in or near Kharghar, Kamothe, Taloja, Panvel, Kalamboli, or Belapur.
