Key Responsibilities
- Attend to a multi-line telephone system by answering calls, assessing the needs of callers, and directing them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Welcome visitors courteously upon arrival, identify their requirements, and connect them to the relevant staff or department escort.
- Manage visitor check-in and enforce security protocols effectively.
- Coordinate and maintain the scheduling of conference room reservations efficiently.
- Provide assistance to various departments with special projects when requested.
Necessary Qualifications
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- At least one year of experience working as a receptionist within a professional business setting.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Reliable punctuality and strong time-management skills.
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Commitment to performing all responsibilities safely.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening, including background checks, motor vehicle records, drug testing, and holding a valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits
