Role overview
This position is for a Real Estate Team Leader based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role centers on guiding a sales team, improving productivity, and helping the business grow revenue through structured leadership and client-focused execution.
Team leadership and coaching
You will lead sales agents, support them with regular mentoring, and provide practical training so they can improve their day-to-day performance. A key part of the job is helping team members build stronger selling skills and reach their individual targets.
Sales planning and revenue growth
The role involves designing and rolling out sales approaches that align with business objectives. You will help shape methods that support revenue expansion and keep the team focused on measurable outcomes.
Client and market handling
Another core responsibility is managing client relationships, keeping service quality high, and encouraging repeat business. You will also study market conditions, identify trends, and spot opportunities for growth or expansion.
Performance tracking and cross-functional work
You will review sales data, KPIs, and team output to make informed decisions and improve results. The position also requires close coordination with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure sales efforts are well supported and aligned across departments.
Lead follow-up, negotiation, and closure
The team leader will supervise lead generation activity, ensure follow-ups are completed properly, and assist with negotiations and deal closure, especially for high-value transactions.
Compliance and targets
All sales activity must remain compliant with the applicable laws and regulations for the real estate sector. A major expectation of the role is to help as many team members as possible achieve and surpass their assigned sales goals.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 45,000 to INR 1,15,000 per month.
