Role overview
Join a boutique Dubai real estate agency focused on premium properties and quality over volume. The team works with a personalized approach, offering selected consultants dedicated support and genuine leads rather than a high-volume, factory-style environment.
What the role offers
- Qualified leads in some of Dubai’s most sought-after areas, including Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront, and Palm.
- Commission begins at 50% and can rise to 70% based on performance.
- Visa assistance and support with RERA licensing.
- Coaching and guidance from high-performing agents.
- Marketing and administrative support, including professional photo and video production and targeted ad campaigns.
- A visually impressive office in JBR.
Candidate profile
- Experience in Dubai real estate is helpful, though not compulsory.
- Strong English communication is required; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is an added advantage.
- The ideal person is driven, ambitious, and eager to grow a career in Dubai’s premium property market.
