Role Overview
Eliva Real Estate is seeking driven and results-oriented Property Consultants who enjoy sales, building client trust, and turning opportunities into closed deals.
What You Will Do
- Support clients throughout the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.
- Arrange and attend property tours as well as client discussions.
- Source new business through networking and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with property owners and investors.
- Keep up to date with market developments and current inventory availability.
- Work toward monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior exposure to real estate is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- A self-driven, goal-focused mindset with strong motivation.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is beneficial.
