Role Summary

The organisation is looking for a meticulous accountant with more than 3 years of experience in real estate accounting. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves handling core accounting functions, statutory compliance, and project-level financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

The position covers day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, banking entries, payables and receivables, invoice and ledger maintenance, and coordination with auditors, banks, and vendors. It also includes tracking project-wise costs and income, supporting regular financial statements, and ensuring accounting accuracy along with compliance obligations such as GST and TDS.

Candidate Profile

The preferred background includes a commerce or finance qualification and prior accounting experience in real estate or construction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software and Excel, and should bring strong analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.

Additional Information

Salary offered for this role is INR 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru. No internship duration is applicable.
