Position Overview
This contract role seeks a knowledgeable QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to manage various financial operations remotely. The compensation ranges from $50 to $80 per hour, with a flexible commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop platforms for comprehensive financial task management.
- Efficiently handle invoicing, processing bill payments, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports to ensure accuracy.
- Systematically maintain the Chart of Accounts along with customer and vendor records.
- Detect and address accounting discrepancies and workflow inefficiencies to enhance processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven practical experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop is mandatory.
- Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting roles is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
