Job Overview

Alexis Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Singapore to oversee comprehensive cost management tasks throughout various project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Reporting Superiors and Project Managers on project costing, managing variations, and preparing final accounts in coordination with consultants.
• Solicit quotations and confirm the scope of works with contractors to ensure accurate project costing.
• Participate in site meetings and perform site inspections regularly.
• Administer the full range of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract activities such as tendering, through progress claims, to final account preparation post-contract.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure meticulous documentation throughout projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Applications from fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Applicants possessing a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience will be considered advantageous.
• Possess strong communication skills and a sound understanding of market pricing.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within team settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
