Role Overview
Lead and supervise Quality and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) functions in a manufacturing setup while ensuring adherence to ISO standards. Drive audits, corrective actions, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance to maintain a robust culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Quality and EHS operations in the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards including 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address quality and safety issues.
- Develop and manage safety programs and enforce regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements toward lean manufacturing practices.
- Foster a workplace culture emphasizing quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in Quality and EHS within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
