About the Role
This role is for careful, analytical people who want to help improve search and AI-generated content. As a Quality Assurance Rater, you will review results, judge their quality and relevance, and share feedback that supports better product performance and stronger AI models. It is a flexible work-from-home opportunity that also helps build practical skills in research and content evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Check search outputs and AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
- Research information when needed to validate your assessments.
- Follow the rating rules carefully and apply them consistently.
- Share observations and suggestions that can improve the rating workflow and model quality.
- Take part in training and calibration sessions to stay aligned with standards.
Compensation
The position pays 23 USD per hour.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, a strong ability to research and analyze information, and a sharp eye for detail. Applicants must have lived in Australia for the last 5 years. They should also be familiar with current affairs, business, media, and social trends. A reliable internet connection, a computer, and a smartphone are required. The ideal person can work independently and follow instructions accurately and consistently. Experience in QA or content moderation, familiarity with AI technology, or subject knowledge in popular culture, social sciences, STEM, medicine, law, or finance is preferred.
