Role overview
Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is looking for a seasoned QHSE & Compliance Lead to steer quality, health, safety, environment, compliance, risk management, and business continuity efforts for a major facilities management contract in Al Ain, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Direct QHSE and compliance work across the contract.
- Handle internal audits, site inspections, risk assessments, and assurance reviews.
- Make sure operations align with ISO standards, UAE legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Keep business risk registers up to date and contribute to continuity planning and crisis response activities.
- Oversee incident investigations, emergency preparedness drills, and ongoing improvement actions.
- Support operational teams with practical guidance, training, and QHSE-related assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years in a management position, or 8 years of relevant QHSE experience in facilities management or property management.
- Registered OSH Practitioner (ADOSH Qudorat Grade A/B).
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, risk management, auditing, and business continuity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
