Role Overview

We seek an experienced Public Relations Manager to oversee PR activities throughout the Middle East. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement PR strategies that align with the global and regional Integrated Marketing Communications plans.
  • Set communication priorities involving media, influencers, industry bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Create consistent messaging frameworks to maintain unified brand positioning throughout the Middle East.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong connections with mainstream and specialized media, parenting and lifestyle publications, industry groups, and key opinion leaders.
  • Organize media engagements, including interviews and press events, as well as facilitate participation in relevant conferences.
  • Deliver bilingual media content such as press releases, feature articles, interviews, and brand narratives.
  • Lead PR campaigns, product launches, parenting programs, brand partnerships, and media events regionally.
  • Collaborate with the IMC team to ensure PR activities integrate seamlessly with broader marketing efforts.
  • Manage coordination with local PR agencies and external partners to guarantee effective campaign implementation and handle issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Public Relations, Brand or Corporate Communications.
  • Prior experience in the mother and baby sector is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Middle Eastern cultural contexts, media environments, and consumer trends.
  • Strong networks with media professionals, journalists, editors, agencies, and industry entities across the region.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand communication, crisis management, and cross-cultural messaging.
  • Proven ability in managing projects, stakeholders, and delivering results in dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly valued.
