About the Role
As the Public Relations Manager for EaseMyTrip.com, you will shape how the brand is perceived and help strengthen its reputation in the market. The position centers on designing PR initiatives, handling relationships with the media, and raising brand awareness across multiple channels. You will work in coordination with marketing, social media, and leadership teams so that public communication stays aligned with business priorities and the company’s promise of delivering excellent travel experiences.
This is an important role for maintaining strong communication standards, improving brand engagement, and supporting the organization’s public image.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver creative public relations plans that improve brand visibility and market positioning.
- Develop long-term relationships with media houses and journalists to expand coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
- Guide the creation of PR materials such as press releases, speeches, and official statements so they remain consistent with the brand tone.
- Handle crisis communication and put response plans in place to protect the brand during negative publicity or sensitive situations.
- Organize press events, interviews, conferences, and public appearances to increase engagement and brand presence.
- Measure PR performance and media reach, then prepare reports with insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Act as the main contact for PR matters and advise senior leadership on communication strategy and public sentiment.
- Manage and support the PR team by setting goals, providing guidance, and promoting a collaborative work culture.
- Oversee the PR budget and use resources efficiently to get the best possible impact from campaigns and activities.
- Build partnerships with influencers and industry voices to extend reach and strengthen credibility.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Solid background in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, ideally within the travel sector.
- Well-developed network of media contacts.
- Excellent writing and editing ability with a focus on clear, persuasive, and error-free communication.
- Hands-on experience managing PR emergencies with composure and strategic thinking.
- Experience planning and executing large events and media-facing engagements.
- Comfort using analytical tools to assess coverage and campaign outcomes.
- Strong leadership ability with the capacity to motivate and guide a team.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum results.
- Creative and solution-oriented approach to PR strategy and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
