About the Role
Join MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas as a Public Relations Coordinator, supporting the Entertainment and Sports division. This exciting position involves managing administrative tasks, communications, and media relations to enhance the company's media presence across Las Vegas properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update press kits and maintain comprehensive media databases.
- Manage online resources such as photo and video libraries and press rooms.
- Coordinate media outreach activities including distribution of press information, tracking media coverage, and responding to media requests like interviews and tours.
- Develop media lists covering various niches and organize media-related events including filming sessions and media tours.
- Support production activities such as photo shoots, interviews, and film shoots, occasionally involving overnight shifts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of relevant experience in public relations or media, or equivalent education and internship experience in the field.
