Role Overview
In this role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the public areas of the hotel. Your work contributes directly to the comfort and overall guest experience.
Key Duties
- Maintain Motel One’s cleanliness standards and ensure they are consistently implemented in all relevant areas.
- Take on varied floor-related tasks and support the room-cleaning team, especially with laundry work.
- Work professionally and efficiently with external cleaning service providers.
- Gain exposure to different functions by collaborating across departments within multicultural teams.
Candidate Profile
The company welcomes both experienced hospitality professionals and candidates looking for a career change. Personality and strong hosting qualities are considered especially important.
- Ideally, you bring experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or cleaning; alternatively, you are interested in entering the field through a career switch.
