Role Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining hotel public spaces to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards while delivering attentive, genuine service to guests. The role focuses on keeping public areas and washrooms spotless, stocked, and refreshed, while responding proactively to guest needs and concerns.

What You Will Do

• Deliver warm, authentic hospitality and make guests feel recognized in the assigned area.
• Notice guest needs in advance, take ownership of questions or concerns, and act quickly to support guest satisfaction.
• Add thoughtful service touches whenever suitable opportunities arise.
• Ensure public washrooms are cleaned, replenished, and kept in fresh condition.
• Carry out regular inspections of all public areas.
• Clean assigned public spaces and verify that they meet Four Seasons standards through self-inspection.

Schedule & Hours

The working pattern is 6 days per week, totaling 48 working hours.
