Public Area Attendant (Overnight)

Job Overview

Join Hilton's dedicated team as an Overnight Public Area Attendant, where you will maintain the immaculate condition of all public spaces within the hotel to ensure a welcoming and warm atmosphere for guests throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all assigned public areas—such as restrooms, corridors, staircases, elevators, offices, and event venues—clean and well-maintained through daily tasks including polishing, dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, window washing, carpet shampooing, and trash removal.
• Provide guests with warm greetings, respond to inquiries, and address guest service needs promptly and courteously.
• Support the housekeeping team by assisting with guest room cleaning and fulfilling additional service requests as needed.
• Carry out special cleaning projects periodically, including deep cleaning activities such as mattress flipping, furniture rearrangement, and floor waxing.

Required Qualifications & Qualities

• Availability to work overnight shifts that include weekends and public holidays.
• A strong commitment to a diligent work ethic coupled with attention to detail.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and safety regulations.
• Prior experience in hospitality housekeeping roles is preferred.
