About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our enthusiastic team within NHS Talking Therapies based in Stevenage. This full-time position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow PWPs and wider multidisciplinary teams, providing psychological therapies to service users. The role includes consistent supervision and guidance from Clinical Seniors and Line Managers.
Role Details
This position is primarily hybrid, requiring attendance in the Stevenage office at least twice a week with occasional travel across other Hertfordshire locations. While we offer a full-time contract, we are open to considering part-time applicants who clearly specify their availability in their application.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
- Registration with BABCP or BPS is mandatory, or proof of application for registration.
- Demonstrable substantial experience working with mental health patients within healthcare environments.
- Strong dedication to inclusive and anti-discriminatory practices in healthcare delivery.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Stevenage a minimum of two days weekly, with occasional travel within Hertfordshire.
