Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management of residential and holiday home properties across the Dubai area.
• Collaborate closely with the Lettings team to optimize occupancy rates and maximize rental revenues.
• Promote available properties and manage all aspects of property viewings.
• Negotiate and finalize tenancy contracts between landlords and tenants.
• Manage collection of rents and deposits alongside financial reporting duties.
• Address tenant inquiries and swiftly resolve maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors to manage repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine property inspections and supervise handover processes.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai's regulatory standards and internal company policies.
• Analyze operational performance, prepare reports, and identify strategies to increase occupancy and profitability.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while nurturing long-term relationships with landlords.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in Dubai’s property management or holiday homes sector is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
