Project Sales Officer

Overview

We are hiring a Project Sales Officer to drive sales across active and upcoming construction opportunities in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Bangalore. The role focuses on project-based business development in areas connected to paints, coatings, waterproofing, construction chemicals, sealants, and adhesives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business from live and planned construction projects.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.
• Market solutions including waterproofing products, construction chemicals, protective coatings, sealants, adhesives, and decorative paints.
• Deliver product walkthroughs and technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Draft techno-commercial offers and support contract negotiations.
• Work with distributors and dealers to keep stock moving and ensure timely supply.
• Monitor project stages to secure specifications and product approvals.
• Meet revenue targets while growing the customer base in the assigned territory.
• Collect market insights on competitor pricing, activity, and new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and application teams to drive smooth execution and maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of experience in project sales, preferably in paints, building materials, construction chemicals, waterproofing, adhesives, or similar sectors. Hands-on B2B selling experience with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional buyers is expected.
