Project Manager (Woodlands)

Role Overview

This position is for a Project Manager based in Woodlands, Singapore, responsible for managing project-related work from the early feasibility stage through to completion and handover.

Key Duties

• Conduct feasibility assessments for proposed projects, arrange quotations, and secure funding approval.
• Advise the client on technical issues affecting the premises, ensuring alignment with the requirements of the relevant authorities and recognised standards.
• Guide project execution matters and oversee the construction phase, including post-completion inspection of the premises.
• Draft completion and progress reports for finished works.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Building, Project Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience handling project management work.
• Knowledge of the submission workflow for building plans to local authorities for approval.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Capability to prepare clear written reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable using the MS Office suite.
• Able to work independently, think resourcefully, and perform well under pressure with limited supervision.
• Collaborative team player with sound interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Available to begin immediately or on short notice.
• Role follows a 5-day work week schedule.
