- Monitor project progress, identifying issues early and driving resolutions.
- Ensure all regulatory and technical benchmarks are met for Aalo-X and preparation for Aalo-1 deployment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years in construction project management within nuclear, energy, industrial, or complex civil construction sectors.
- Experience functioning as an owner or owner’s representative, managing design teams and diverse contractors/consultants.
- Proven ability to deliver projects from preconstruction stage through commissioning under tight schedules.
- Competence in controlling project scope, budget, scheduling, risk, procurement, change management, and contractor performance.
- Experience interfacing with DOE, NRC, or similar regulatory agencies is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
- Capability to oversee multiple project streams, make well-informed decisions, and promote accountability and urgency.
