Role Overview

The company is looking for an energetic, commercially minded Project Manager to join its Riyadh team and take charge of complex projects across planning, delivery, coordination, and final closure.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from start-up and planning through execution, tracking, handover, and closure. This includes preparing project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators, while ensuring delivery is on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.

You will also oversee all project activity connected to the Saudi government Etimad platform, including reviewing, preparing, and submitting tender documentation, technical and financial proposals, and following up on awards and payment requests in line with government rules.

The role requires close coordination with internal teams as well as clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. In addition, you will monitor financial performance, manage cost control and cash flow, identify project risks early, and put corrective actions in place when needed.

You will handle scope changes, variation orders, claims, procurement coordination, and contractor performance, while maintaining clear reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders through executive dashboards, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Tourism & Hospitality, or a similar field is required. PMP certification is considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience as a Project Manager, ideally in large-scale events, corporate tourism, MICE, or other complex operational environments.

Hands-on experience with the Saudi government Etimad platform and procurement processes is essential. The role also calls for strong professional fluency in both Arabic and English, in speaking and writing.

Applicants should bring strong leadership ability, financial understanding, risk control capability, contract administration experience, and the confidence to manage stakeholders effectively. A well-established professional network in Riyadh is preferred.
