Project Manager - IT Change & Communications Lead

Role overview

This contract Project Manager position is focused on IT change and communications leadership within an enterprise IT environment in Dublin. The assignment is initial 12 months in length and offers remote working with an up to €550 daily rate.

What you will do

• Own reporting and updates for senior leadership, including the CEO, executive team, Board, Audit Committee, and IT governance groups.
• Create presentation materials and internal communications for IT leadership meetings and town halls.
• Handle communications to end users during major incidents, service outages, and IT change activities.
• Carry out organisational change management assessments and readiness activities across IT initiatives.
• Spot and manage risks related to communication, user adoption, and change delivery.
• Work closely with IT, Cyber Security, PMO, Corporate Communications, and third-party partners to keep messaging aligned.
• Arrange both local site communications and wider enterprise communications for IT updates.

What is required

• Background in IT communications, organisational change, PMO, or transformation delivery.
• Demonstrated experience preparing reports and updates for executive and Board audiences.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Capability to turn technical information into clear messages for different audiences.
• Experience on large IT programmes such as ERP, SAP, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.

Compensation

The contract is paid up to €550 per day.
