Project Manager - High Rise Construction

Rakhat Construction is urgently hiring a Project Manager with expertise in high-rise residential building construction to lead upscale residential projects in Dubai. The role demands a meticulous professional adept at consistently delivering superior-quality outcomes under tight deadlines while thriving in a demanding, high-pressure atmosphere.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction lifecycle — from conceptual design coordination through to construction, inspections, and final project handover. Reporting to the General Manager, this position requires managing multiple teams and guaranteeing that project milestones meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Duties

• Plan, organize, and supervise all stages of high-rise building construction projects, including procurement management, onsite supervision, subcontractor oversight, and project completion handover.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dubai’s regulatory frameworks, project specifications, and luxury-grade material standards through ongoing inspections and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate daily with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to proactively resolve challenges and mitigate risks.
• Apply project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project to track progress, generate reports, and implement corrective measures to adhere to schedules.
• Conduct health, safety, and environmental audits, cost evaluations, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to support seamless project delivery and exceptional outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of experience management experience in high-end residential construction projects within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite; certifications such as PMP, RICS, or CIOB are highly advantageous.
• Proven capacity to perform effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
• Immediate joining availability is essential; candidates without any notice period will be preferred.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Must hold G+Unlimited certification or be a Certified PMP professional.
