About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager specialized in the healthcare sector to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) projects. The candidate will bring a blend of proficient project management capabilities, deep healthcare industry insight, and experience coordinating diverse functional teams to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource distribution.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, clinical teams, IT departments, vendors, and leadership to drive project success.
- Ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards, meet deadlines, and comply with regulatory mandates.
- Manage project boundaries, handle change management, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Lead requirement analysis, workflow assessments, and the design of effective solutions.
- Monitor project progression and regularly update senior management with status reports.
- Identify and handle risks and issues to mitigate negative impacts on the project.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, training programs, and launch activities.
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations, protecting data privacy and enforcing security protocols.
