Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Prathima Educational Society, you will oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each is completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting all specified requirements. Your role involves coordinating with various teams including engineers, designers, and contractors to achieve seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the simultaneous execution of numerous projects, maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and defined scopes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams comprising engineers, designers, and contractors to guarantee the successful delivery of projects.
• Create and supervise detailed project schedules, budget plans, and allocation of resources to optimize efficiency.
• Detect potential risks and implement mitigation plans to reduce the likelihood of delays or budget overruns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possess between three to five years of experience in project management or a related sector, particularly in construction.
• Have a solid grasp of project coordination methods and best practices.
• Demonstrate capability in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders and resource requirements.
• Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions regarding project parameters including scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
