Role Overview

This full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing design consulting projects by planning, executing, and overseeing all stages to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline, and budget, facilitating meetings with clients and teams.
• Lead and motivate design teams by delegating tasks and providing direction.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report progress and manage expectations.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to align projects with business goals.
• Ensure quality standards in all design deliverables.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project expenditures and maintain budget compliance.
• Provide experience-driven cost and commercial management within integrated, multi-organization collaborations.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies throughout project lifecycles.
• Create detailed cost forecasts and budget analysis to inform financial decisions.
• Foster collaboration among design teams, marketing, product development, and external partners to optimize workflows.
• Utilize project management software to maintain detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope changes and risks throughout projects to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, project management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years’ experience within the design consulting sector.
• Demonstrated project management expertise in design or creative environments.
• Ability to oversee multiple simultaneous projects effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification is favorable but not mandatory.
