Role Overview
This full-time onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing design consulting projects by planning, executing, and overseeing all stages to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timeline, and budget, facilitating meetings with clients and teams.
- Lead and motivate design teams by delegating tasks and providing direction.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report progress and manage expectations.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets to align projects with business goals.
- Ensure quality standards in all design deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project expenditures and maintain budget compliance.
- Provide experience-driven cost and commercial management within integrated, multi-organization collaborations.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies throughout project lifecycles.
- Create detailed cost forecasts and budget analysis to inform financial decisions.
- Foster collaboration among design teams, marketing, product development, and external partners to optimize workflows.
- Utilize project management software to maintain detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage scope changes and risks throughout projects to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, project management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years’ experience within the design consulting sector.
- Demonstrated project management expertise in design or creative environments.
- Ability to oversee multiple simultaneous projects effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification is favorable but not mandatory.
