About the Role

Tatvik Buildcon Private Limited is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 45-story skyscraper that includes three floors dedicated to commercial use and numerous residential floors above. The role demands thorough knowledge of Mivan formwork systems and a solid history of managing extensive high-rise projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all phases of the project to ensure timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution on site.
• Maintain strict quality control and uphold safety regulations throughout construction.
• Oversee budget management and control project costs effectively.
• Lead project teams and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery employing fast-track methods and advanced concrete technologies such as Mivan formwork systems.
