About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Project Management and Corporate Strategy team. This position suits entry to mid-level professionals enthusiastic about strategic planning, driving business transformation, project execution, and leveraging data to guide decisions. You will play a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and enhancing business performance aligned with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic projects and corporate initiatives.
- Create detailed project plans, monitor timelines, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
- Engage with various teams to synchronize project goals with wider business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to inform strategy development.
- Evaluate business performance by analyzing operational metrics, financial data, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases, prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Recognize project risks, track progress, and provide solutions to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- Support initiatives in business process improvement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Organize project meetings, document actions, and ensure follow-up on deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior management on corporate planning, organizational growth, and critical strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferably some prior exposure to project management, corporate strategy, business analysis, consulting, or operations roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent skills in organization, project coordination, and time management.
- Effective communication and presentation skills along with stakeholder management expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience with project management software such as Asana, Notion, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project is beneficial.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or equivalents is an advantage.
