Description de l'emploi

Role overview

ODRL (Organisation Development & Research Limited) is an organisational psychology consultancy established in 1996. Headquartered in London and operating internationally, the firm has grown from a research-focused practice into a global advisory business serving intergovernmental bodies, multilateral institutions, financial organisations and other complex clients.

The organisation’s work is built around four main areas: supporting change, identifying the right talent, developing people, and helping organisations create healthy, high-performing cultures. Its approach combines organisational psychology, research, evidence-based assessment and practical consultancy to deliver measurable impact.

ODRL describes its culture as collaborative, intellectually engaging, research-led and grounded in scientific impact. The business also highlights its commitment to sustainability, quality, diversity, ethical practice, optimism and confidence in human potential.

Role summary

This opportunity is for a highly organised and responsive Project Coordinator to help deliver global client work. The position is hands-on and requires excellent detail management, reliable follow-through, strong client-facing communication and the ability to keep several moving parts progressing smoothly and on schedule.

You will work closely with senior project leads, clients, candidates and colleagues to keep schedules, documents, logistics and online workflows running efficiently and to a high standard. The role is suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of busy project activity, can anticipate what needs to happen next and takes pride in dependable service.

Work arrangement

This is an Ireland-based remote role. The contract can be full-time, part-time or job share. The intended start is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day flow of project tasks, making sure actions, deadlines, schedules and follow-ups are tracked and completed on time.
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, candidates, assessors and internal colleagues, responding promptly and clearly.
  • Keep project records, trackers, calendars, shared folders and briefing documents accurate and up to date.
  • Support the administration and coordination of assessment, recruitment, selection and development activities, including scheduling, communications and online logistics.
  • Work confidently with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and project tracking systems.
  • Follow project progress, identify risks or delays early and provide the information project leads need to make decisions.
  • Draft clear written updates, instructions and communications for different audiences.
  • Contribute ideas that improve coordination, client service and internal working processes.

What the role calls for

The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and naturally service-oriented. The work environment is fast-moving, so you should be comfortable balancing competing priorities while communicating with professionalism and warmth. The best fit will be someone who notices what needs attention, keeps track of details and helps others feel confident that everything is under control.

Experience and skills required

  • Background in project coordination, programme coordination, client services, recruitment coordination, HR operations, training administration, consulting support or a similar position.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to reply clearly, professionally and without delay.
  • Well-developed organisational ability and comfort handling several workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with schedules, trackers, documents and online systems.
  • Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel.
  • A practical, solutions-led approach, with the confidence to raise issues early and carry actions through to completion.
  • A customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering a strong experience for clients and participants.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland and the ability to support global client projects.

Desirable experience

  • Experience supporting assessment centres, recruitment processes, leadership development programmes, training events or HR consultancy projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with large, complex organisations, including international NGOs, public sector organisations and private sector organisations.
  • Familiarity with online assessment platforms, survey tools, candidate management systems or project management software.
  • French language fluency would be an advantage, though it is not required.

What the organisation offers

  • A chance to take on a central coordination role in international projects.
  • A varied position with meaningful responsibility, visibility and client interaction.
  • A collaborative and professional working environment.
  • Flexible working arrangements depending on project requirements.
  • The opportunity to contribute to high-quality assessment, recruitment, selection or development work with international stakeholders.

Application process

Applicants are asked to send a CV and a short covering note explaining their relevant experience, their availability and why they are interested in the role. Shortlisted candidates may also be asked to complete a brief practical exercise to assess project coordination, written communication and prioritisation skills.

Additional information

This role supports ODRL’s global client work and requires someone who can operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive tasks. The organisation is looking for a person who can work with care, pace and consistency while helping maintain high service standards.
