Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager and site team to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with ADCO’s standards. Your duties will include creating governing project documents and plans, aligning these plans with project requirements and legislation, clarifying specifications and drawings, and coordinating schedule updates and claims regarding time extensions.

You will also assist in managing Trade Partner relationships and variances, collaborating with contracts administration for issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop documentation and plans for effective project governance.
  • Ensure compliance with project, company, and legal guidelines.
  • Interpret project specifications and identify potential issues.
  • Coordinate short term schedules in relation to overall project timelines.
  • Support weekly program updates when necessary.
  • Collect data for extension of time claims and assist in formal notifications under contract demands.
  • Support management of subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Assist in reviewing and coordinating trade partner variations with senior contract administrators.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in site engineering within construction sectors.

  • Competency with design software and related tools.
