About the Role
This Project Coordinator position is a remote contract opportunity lasting six months, offering hourly compensation between $30 and $35 on a W2 basis. The role supports a prominent retail client generating over $80 billion in annual revenue, managing more than 2,000 stores across 21 US states and employing over 400,000 people. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project team members and client representatives to establish timelines, develop schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely achievement of project goals.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings while formulating project strategies.
- Provide support for both traditional Waterfall and Agile project execution methodologies.
- Maintain essential project documents, including stakeholder registers and status reports.
- Assist in preparing project plans, conducting meetings, and completing project close-out materials.
- Offer administrative assistance and handle related tasks to support project activities.
- Demonstrate proactive enthusiasm to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
